Future Steps

Later in 2023, Net Zero North East England will publish a detailed prospectus, identifying progress to date, challenges and opportunities, including expert contributions from partners around the North East. The prospectus will invite views and proposals on how plans and pace should develop, with the aim of doing more and doing it faster.

This was shared at a major event in November 2023, which will develop a shared understanding of where Net Zero North East England have got to, and how the region can move forward together and will be published here shortly.
