Call to appoint an organisation(s) to design, launch and deliver a programme of activity to support development within NTCA localised supply chains, and adoption of innovation amongst the tourism ecosystem.

Localised Supply Chains and Tourism Product Innovation

The Combined Authority is delivering a range of programmes to support the medium- and long-term recovery of the NTCA economy. As part of a £10m Recovery Innovation Fund, we have allocated £1m to support ‘localised supply chain development’ and ‘tourism innovation adoption’.

We are seeking proposals for programme(s) of activity that address one or both themes, and it is our intention to award delivery contracts to one or two organisations (or partnerships) depending on the proposals received.

The outputs of the programme(s) are expected to include: the adoption of innovation for smarter, greener, more resilient and inclusive operations; SMEs receiving direct support with innovation and supply chain development; job creation and safeguarding; and leverage of private sector funding.

Please see below for key dates and how to apply.

We need to do what only we can do: to focus on inclusive economic growth, to create a better future for our people and to invest in our collective ambition

Cllr Bruce Pickard
NTCA Cabinet Member for Economic Growth
