Call for funding proposals to address the skills needs of NTCA’s residents and businesses in our Key Sectors.

The Combined Authority is delivering a range of programmes to support the medium- and long-term recovery of the NTCA economy.

Through this call we are seeking proposals for projects that address the skills and re-training needs of our residents and key economic sectors as detailed in the Call Specification.

Through this call funding is available to support projects delivering skills and qualifications that meet the needs of our residents, businesses and the skills needs of our post-Covid economy.

This funding call has two funding lots:

1.  UK Community Renewal Fund: NTCA is the Lead Applicant for the NTCA area and is inviting proposals that would be suitable for UK CRF through this funding call.

2.  Match Funding for European Social Fund (ESF): NTCA is inviting proposals for match funding to be provided to support projects seeking to apply through the current ESF Priority 2.1 (skills) Funding Call for activity to be delivered in the North of Tyne area.

Note: Lot 1 forms a part of the NTCA’s wider call for proposals for UK Community Renewal Fund (UKCRF).
