The North of Tyne Combined Authority (NTCA) is sponsoring this year’s ‘Bring It On’ Exhibition for Future Engineers.

Bring It On, the Exhibition for Future Engineers in the North East and the Tees Valley, is to take place for the fifth time on November 4th.   In line with Mayor Jamie Driscoll’s Zero Carbon, Zero Poverty ambitions for the North of Tyne, this year Bring It On will coincide with COP26 and is themed “Net Zero North East, Engineering Your Future”.

At least 7,000 students from 75 schools are to take part in this year’s event, which will be held mainly online for a second year due to Covid restrictions.   Bring It On seeks to raise the aspirations of local youngsters by Educating them about the world leading engineering around them, Inspiring them to want to be part of it and Informing them how to become so. Bring It On also hopes to contribute to closing the engineering skills gap in the North East and the Tees Valley.

Any secondary schools interested in participating in this years event should contact Bring it On at info@bringitonne.co.uk. For further information and to sign up, see the website:  www.bringitonne.co.uk
