Chief Executive: Changing Lives

With a deep interest in homelessness and its causes Stephen sits on a Government Select Committee investigating homelessness and related issues.

Stephen’s background is in finance and business and came to work for Changing Lives in 1995 as their Finance Manager, progressing to Operations Manager, before taking on the role of Chief Executive in 2002.

As Chief Executive, Stephen is charged by the Board of Trustees to develop and deliver the overall strategy for the organization comprising 500 dedicated staff, helping 21,000 people change their lives for the better each year.

In his spare time, Stephen is a keen golfer and enthusiastic football fan.
