Rhona Knox works for Proctor and Gamble and holds the role of R&D Vice President and Global Dry Laundry & Newcastle Innovation Center Leader. She is also a member of the NTCA Inclusive Economy Board.
With over 25 years’ experience in successfully leading global innovation programs for P&G consumer goods, Rhona has worked on a range of global categories & corporate R&D including fabric care, home care, professional hair and open innovation.
Rhona has held a wide variety of roles; developing technologies, formulating products, designing fragrances, consumer understanding, quality assurance, open innovation, process innovation – from very upstream to daily business management.
Originally from Scotland and having studied Chemistry at University of Edinburgh, she has lived in UK, Belgium, Germany , China and Singapore.
