Group Director: Persimmon Homes

Peter Jordan is the Group Planning Director for Persimmon PLC responsible for all planning related activities within the 30 operational businesses located throughout the U.K.

In particular, he runs the Strategic Land function within the company which seeks to identify new opportunities to sustain and grow the business as well as overseeing all major projects, which is where his specialism lies.

In addition to this Peter is Regional Chairman of the House Builder Federation (HBF) and has been for the last 17 yrs. As such he is very familiar with the area within which he lives and has established the Group PLC Headquarters.

Peter also sits on the HBF National Planning Committee, and has been part of the industries team cooperating with the ‘Letwin Review’.
