Business Development Manager, Cobalt Business Park

Lynn Cramman is the Business Development Manager at Cobalt Park and NTCA Inclusive Economy Board member.

She initially joined Highbridge Business Parks Ltd in 2006 to utilise her property management expertise to develop a comprehensive travel plan for the estate. The package of measures put in place have been key in the growth of the park from a 4,000 strong workforce to currently over 14,0000.

Her role has evolved into becoming Business Development Manager, a role which includes management of a 15 strong onsite team and developing relationships with partners such as inward investments organisations, infrastructure partners and transport operators. Her role has also included the launch and management of an unrivalled staff benefits package More Cobalt, and improving the on-site amenity offer all of which aid staff recruitment and retention.

Cobalt is now home to 20 major occupiers, across multiple sectors: IT, financial services, utilities, renewables and public sector which enables Cobalt companies to work collaboratively to develop programs for career and skills development with schools, further education and volunteer organisations.

Lynn’s passion remains in developing commuter transport and creating a modal shift in the region. She also strives to continually innovate and promote the health and wellbeing of the workforce believing that staff
