Managing Director, FIG Enterprises Limited

Imran Ghafoor is the Managing Director of FIG Enterprises Ltd and NTCA Growth Fund Panel member.

He has worked in a technical arena for 16 years, in three large organisations namely Balfour Beatty, Siemens and Enterprise PLC; he is qualified with a BEng (Hon) Electrical/Electronic Engineering coupled with an MBA from Durham University.

He has successful major project implementation experience in the UK and Middle East Power and Utilities Sectors. In his penultimate corporate role; Imran was Head of Business Development for a large FTSE 350 organisation and was able to provide a mixture of commercial and technical focus with a strong foundation in the Electrical Power and Utilities sector with a drive for setting-up and developing new prospects.

In his current capacity, as Managing Director of FIG Enterprises Limited (Franchise Investment Group), he became a Business Owner operating a multi-site retail portfolio within North Tyneside, Gateshead, Co. Durham, Teesside, Cumbria and North Lincolnshire; operating the Entertainment Exchange Franchise. This SME, a multimillion-pound turnover business employing a sizeable workforce of a mixture of qualified and experienced individuals in a retail environment.

Within his business sphere he is also a Franchise Council member supporting Franchise owners in a retail and target-based environment, offering strategy, support and guidance.
