Councillor Peter Jackson is the Northumberland County Councillor for the Ponteland South with Heddon ward. He is the Cabinet Member for Place and Productivity in the North of Tyne Combined Authority.

Before local government restructuring, Peter was Leader of Castle Morpeth Borough Council.
